Fitness Pilates 7.45pm - build core and back strength, improve flexibility and mobility

TUESDAY

Total Strength 9.30am - upper body, lower body & core using weights

WEDNESDAY

Strength PLUS 7.30pm - upper body, lower body & core using a mix of weights and Fitness Pilates

SATURDAY

Fitness Pilates Intervals 9.30am - build core and back strength, improve flexibility and mobility

Mixtape 10.00am - A unique mixture of fitness, strength, core and Fitness Pilates all choreographed to music

Fitness Classes for Over 65s

I teach two popular daytime classes aimed at (but not restricted to) retired members of the community.

In these classes we focus on strength, fitness, flexibility and mobility but there’s another outcome that no trainer can plan for - friendship and community.

£10 per class, book online or turn up on the day & pay cash.

MONDAY

Health Mixtape 12pm - improve fitness and strength, aimed at ages 65+ WATCH A CLIP

WEDNESDAY

Health Strength & Stretch 11.30am - build strength & improve mobility, aimed at ages 65+

Increase Your Step Count with Walkfit

Walkfit is here!

Low-impact and with low risk of injury, Walkfit helps keep your bones strong, lower blood pressure, regulate blood glucose and improve your general health.

You will increase your step count in a short, achievable class and as the moves are all very simple, anyone can benefit from a Walkfit class.

That makes it the perfect lunchtime, before or after work class that you can do whatever you’re wearing.
