Reduce your sugar intake or quit sugar with Tina and a group of friendly, like-minded people who all want to reduce sugar for a healthier life.

This group includes a copy of my 10 Day Quit Sugar Programme.

Participants are encouraged (but not forced) to take part in a 'follow along' where, together, we complete the programme and quit sugar completely for 10 days.

At my fitness classes in Whetstone you’ll feel comfortable enough to work at your own rate and at your own speed.

I create a space where taking a rest or pushing yourself to your very limit is allowed.

Weights classes - to build strength

Fitness Pilates - for balance, posture, mobility & core

Daytime classes - for retired members of the community

Evening & weekend classes - open to all
