Personal Training

The perception of personal training is that it’s for the elite, for celebrities or ‘fitness fanatics’ but that’s just not the case.

My personal training clients are often time poor, they want to exercise in their own home and at a time that suits them.

Their goals aren’t just weight based but health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle goals. They want to look and feel better and replace unhealthy habits with an achievable, sustainable lifestyle change.

If that is how you’d like to work then I am the person for you!

One or two hours of exercise per week is great…

But add in support from me with habit change, food and snack ideas, measuring activity, alcohol, sleep, work, lifestyle, understanding being a busy person plus helping to identify where to add in bursts of activity over the course of your week… well, I’ll make sure you reach your goals.

And if personal training isn’t for you, you can access some of this support with regular attendance to my fitness classes and my free and paid for WhatsApp support groups.
