Ultimate Health Hub
The Ultimate Health Hub is designed for you to get the outcomes of personal training with the budget of a weekly fitness class.
It is your opportunity to improve your health, fitness and nutrition in your own time, in a way that suits you.
You will have access to me at all times, and a one to one monthly check in where we will track your progress and set goals for the month ahead.
What’s included:
· Unlimited access to over 15 different workouts of different lengths and disciplines. You will be able to access these workouts whenever and wherever you choose.
· Access to an accountability group where I will check in with you, reminding you to keep active. You will be able to interact with me and others in the group to remain accountable should you wish to.
· Access to my WhatsApp coaching groups. These groups focus on mentoring/coaching around various aspects of health, fitness and nutrition, detailed information about recipes, physical and mental health, the science behind health, strategies to implement in your day to day life and more.
· Food and recipe ideas from my own library of low sugar, gluten free meals and snacks.
· My Low Sugar Meals recipe book to help you plan your nutrition.
· A meal planner for you to fill in and plan your week.
· You will also get a monthly 20 minute call with me so I can help you establish and stick to your goals.
All of this for just £10 per week.
