If you are local to Barnet I can help you get fit, get stronger, make friends and have fun at my weekly fitness classes in Whetstone.

At my classes everyone is comfortable in each other’s presence, meaning they are comfortable exercising in front of each other.

And that means they enjoy their workout and get far better results!

What to expect in class

I thought I might feel silly joining in but Tina is so encouraging throughout that I felt fine

In class we take things back to basics: a couple of weights and a mat is all you need to build muscle tone, get strong, burn fat and get fit.

That doesn’t mean we’ll have an easy workout – you can work at a level that suits you. Most of my classes include a core section that works your midsection and protects against back ache.

Building strength is fundamental to reducing aches and pains and my workouts will leave you feeling energised and empowered.

You will leave feeling absolutely fantastic!

Health 💚 Mixtape

An achievable, walking based fitness class and low impact aerobics with music that will get your step count up and help you get in shape!

Open to men and women aged 60+

Do you need to lose weight, get fitter and feel stronger?

We begin with mobility and movement followed by 30 minutes of movement and easy aerobics to fun music, with a stretch to end.

This class is perfect for getting fit, strong and increasing your energy levels.

Optional light weights can be used during this class (provided).

Strength 💪 Express

A short, 30 min weights class designed to get you stronger and tone up/sculpt your body.

Perfect for busy people, both beginners and more experienced participants will work upper body, lower body and core in this new, express class.

Low impact, low intensity resistance training using kettlebells and dumbbells with a dedicated mat/floor section.

More experienced participants may wish to build strength using heavier weights in this short and steady class.

The class will end with a full body stretch.

Weights are available to use on request

Total Strength 💪

If you want to ‘tone up’, burn body fat and build muscle mass then this is the perfect class for you.

45 minutes of low impact, low intensity resistance training using kettlebells and dumbbells with a dedicated mat/floor section.

Build upper body, lower body and core strength.

The class starts with a warm up and ends with a relaxing full body stretch.

Weights are available to use on request.

Fitness Pilates 🧘‍♀️

This workout is designed to rejuvenate your body, release tension, strengthen your core, improve your posture and balance and leave you feeling unwound, calm, relaxed and completely at ease with yourself

An ideal class for mums or women who want to get strong without jumping around or high impact moves. You’ll reduce aches and pains and improve mental cognition

This is a female only workout

An achievable seated or stood Fitness Pilates class (no mat work).

Open to men and women aged 60+

Do you find it hard to get out of bed or stand up from the sofa?

Is walking up and down stairs or looking over your shoulder a challenge?

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to get stronger, improve bone density, reduce aches and pains and improve their mobility.

Optional weights can be used during this class (provided).

Strength PLUS 🏋️‍♀️

Weights and core training are combined with Pilates and low impact cardio in this fun and friendly full body workout.

Build stamina, increase strength, improve muscle tone and increase your fitness.

This class focuses on low intensity, low impact work using weights and includes some short bursts of cardio.

There is also a dedicated core section. Ends with a full body stretch.

Bring a kettlebell if you have one (there are plenty of weights on site) and a mat.

Weights are available to use on a first come first served basis.

PAIR WITH: Total Strength, Mon 7pm and Mixtape, Sat 10am.

The perfect invigorating class to kick off your weekend.

Designed to define your curves, get you stronger, tone up, build muscle, improve your balance and posture and work on your core strength and leave you feeling refreshed and energised.

An ideal class for women who want to get strong without jumping around or high impact moves.

You’ll reduce aches and pains and improve mental cognition.

This is a female only workout.

Mixtape 🎶

A unique full body workout that you will not experience anywhere else.

Fantastic music, resistance and core training are combined with cardio and Pilates in a fun and friendly workout designed to strengthen your whole body. 

Using light weights and high repetition you’ll build core strength, improve your muscle tone, stamina, flexibility and overall strength & fitness.

This is a medium intensity workout suitable for all abilities.

This class ends with a relaxing full body stretch.

Weights are available to use on request.
