Every week I teach 4 different live 30 minute classes for busy people.
FITNESS CLASSES IN WHETSTONE
These shorter classes are designed for people that are tight for time or are new to exercise.
Mondays 6.00-6.30 pm - Strength Express
Saturdays 9.30-10.00am - Fitness Pilates
£9.50 per class.
ONLINE SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
Get the outcomes of personal training at a budget that suits you. Designed to build strength and muscle mass, perfect for people who are confident with using weights.
STRONG Tuesdays 8.00-8.30am
STRONG Saturdays 8.15-8.45am
£16 per session, 5 participants max.
Delivered via zoom.
Fitness Classes in Whetstone
At my fitness classes in Whetstone you’ll feel comfortable enough to work at your own rate and at your own speed.
I create a space where taking a rest or pushing yourself to your very limit is allowed.
Weights classes - to build strength
Fitness Pilates - for balance, posture, mobility & core
Daytime classes - for retired members of the community
Evening & weekend classes - open to all
Mondays, Wednesday & Saturdays
