Build core and back strength, improve your flexibility and mobility all in one 6 week course.
In sessions participants use hand and ankle weights (optional) so you can really focus on getting strong.
Tuesdays 9.15-10.15am at All Saints’ Church Hall, Whetstone, N20

At my fitness classes in Whetstone you’ll feel comfortable enough to work at your own rate and at your own speed.
I create a space where taking a rest or pushing yourself to your very limit is allowed.
Weights classes - to build strength
Fitness Pilates - for balance, posture, mobility & core
Daytime classes - for retired members of the community
Evening & weekend classes - open to all
Mondays, Wednesday & Saturdays

Self sabotage and assisted sabotage - what that it is and how to deal with it.
Self perception - what you believe about yourself and your ability to do 'hard things'
Thinking longer term: goal setting, planning and preparation.
By the end you’ll feel lighter, brighter and more energised, armed with the skills to tackle your reliance on sugar right up to the end of the year and beyond.
