At my fitness classes in Whetstone you’ll feel comfortable enough to work at your own rate and at your own speed.

I create a space where taking a rest or pushing yourself to your very limit is allowed.

Weights classes - to build strength

Fitness Pilates - for balance, posture, mobility & core

Daytime classes - for retired members of the community

Evening & weekend classes - open to all

Summer Solstice Wellbeing Workout

Celebrate the summer solstice with me on Sunday 22nd June at 10am.

If you feel like you’re pouring from an empty cup, this session is for you.

Take some time out for yourself on one of the longest days of the year to focus on your body and your mind.

Together we will move through a series of movements designed to release tension, aches and pains, eliminate stress and toxins and allow you some much needed ‘me time’ to reflect on the first half of 2025.

By the end you’ll feel released, relaxed and restored.
