Reduce your sugar intake with Tina and a group of friendly, like-minded people who all want to reduce sugar for a healthier life. WHAT TO EXPECT
Includes a copy of my 10 Day Quit Sugar Programme.
Participants are encouraged (but not forced) to take part in a 'follow along' where we all complete the programme and quit sugar completely for 10 days, all together.
Week 1: Learn about the effects of a sugar laden diet.
Week 2: What else can I eat? Preparations begin.
Week 3: Quit (or reduce) sugar using my step by step guide as a collective group.
Week 4: Dial in on great nutrition and focus on getting the results you want
All participants are welcome to remain in the WhatsApp group when the month is over.
