Do you want to improve your core and back strength in 6 weeks?
Participants range from beginner to intermediate level and work alongside each other in a beautiful, immaculate studio to get stronger and reduce pain, lower chance of injury, and get fitter and stronger.

6 x 60 minute sessions at Studio Yoga in WINCHMORE HILL focusing on building back and core strength
1 x weekly email containing nutritional tips and advice
3 x Fitness Pilates class recordings for you to access at any time from home
1 x printable meal planner so you can plan your meals and exercise for the week ahead
1 x Low Sugar Meals bitesize recipe e-book
1 x Shopping list to help you choose healthy, whole foods
