Core & Back Strength Course,Tuesdays 9.15am

Do you want to improve your core and back strength in 6 weeks?



Participants range from beginner to intermediate level and work alongside each other in a beautiful, immaculate studio to get stronger and reduce pain, lower chance of injury, and get fitter and stronger.

This course includes:

  • 6 x 60 minute sessions at Studio Yoga in WINCHMORE HILL focusing on building back and core strength

  • 1 x weekly email containing nutritional tips and advice

  • 3 x Fitness Pilates class recordings for you to access at any time from home

  • 1 x printable meal planner so you can plan your meals and exercise for the week ahead

  • 1 x Low Sugar Meals bitesize recipe e-book

  • 1 x Shopping list to help you choose healthy, whole foods
