Online Masterclass: Fitness Pilates Men & More

For a while now I have wanted to create a Fitness Pilates session that both men and women will benefit from.
I'm really looking forward to offering this masterclass to you, it's suitable for all but you will really benefit if:
- You have tight hamstrings and calves
- You have stiff shoulders and hips
- You are a runner, cyclist or walk a lot
- You want to improve your mobility
What to expect
After warming up, we will focus on releasing commonly tight areas in the hips, through the back of the body and legs and mobilise the chest and shoulders.
We will then focus on mobilising the spine so that you feel as though you have more movement throughout your body.
You are likely to experience a significant reduction in tightness, tension, aches and pains.
The masterclass will end with a spine focused stretch & mobility to further release tension and muscle tightness, improving blood flow and leaving you with a sense of calm and improved wellbeing.
