Suitable for all but you will really benefit if:
- You spend a lot of time sitting down
- You have tight hamstrings and calves
- You have stiff shoulders and hips
- You are a runner, cyclist or walk a lot
- You want to improve your mobility
After warming up, we focus on releasing commonly tight areas in the hips, through the back of the body and legs and mobilise the chest and shoulders.
We will then focus on mobilising the spine so that you feel as though you have more movement throughout your whole body.
You are likely to experience a significant reduction in tightness, tension, aches and pains.
