An achievable class designed for true beginners, or older people that want to focus on building some strength and improving mobility in the whole body whilst remaining seated throughout.
There is an opportunity to work in a standing position later in the class, but this is optional.
Regular participants have reported an improvement in their upper body strength and mobility, lower body strength and a reduction in tightness, aches and pains.
