Reducing sugar can be a difficult thing to do!
I realised in May of 2014 that I needed to try to cut down on my sugar intake, but didn't pluck up the courage to start trying to reduce sugar until the October of that same year.
That was 10 years ago and I had no guidance other than some information I had read from 2 bloggers who were based on different continents to me!
I kept struggling, making mistakes and it took me time to get the hang of it.
I eventually managed to dramatically reduce my sugar intake, and have healed so many ailments, feel so much better, lighter, brighter and more energised than I ever was.
So with this programme, and WhatsApp group, I am here to hold your hand all the way through your journey using my lived experience and knowledge in the area to help you get the results you want or need.
The programme includes an active and friendly WhatsApp group, and participants are encouraged (but not forced) to take part in a 'follow along' where we all complete the programme and quit sugar completely for 10 days regularly throughout the year.
The group serves as motivation and accountability and participants can check in with each other as much as each individual wants to.
All participants are welcome to remain in the WhatsApp group for as long as they wish after the follow along is over as the 10 Day Quit Sugar Programme can be completed at any time and repeated as often as is required.
